We acted for Qantas in defending an ACCC prosecution for alleged false or misleading representations and other alleged Australian Consumer Law breaches regarding its flight cancellations in May – June 2022. The parties agreed to settle the matter and in October 2024 the Federal Court approved a $100 million penalty.

We are acting for BDO as provisional liquidators of the Crown Group, a property development group with in excess of $700 million in assets.
